Fun Fact: Alhama Signature Golf
Alhama Signature Golf was personally designed by Jack Nicklaus, “The Golden Bear,” who sketched the course on-site in 2007, inspired by the Mediterranean landscape. Originally developed by Polaris World, the resort faced challenges after 2008 but is now enjoying a modern renaissance. Set within a gated residential community of 3,500 properties, the resort features shops, restaurants, sports facilities, and 24-hour security. Recent investment plans include a new 4-star hotel and upgraded clubhouses.
